EGM Statement

The Board of samedaybooks is pleased to announce that at the Company's Extraordinary General Meeting, held earlier today, all of the resolutions relating to the change of name, the consolidation of ordinary shares, the cancellation of the ordinary non-voting shares, the increase in the authorised share capital and related authorities were duly passed.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM. It is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on 11 September 2007.
