The Board of samedaybooks was informed today in accordance with sections 198 to 202 of the Companies Act 1985 (as amended), that Apple Tree Nominees Limited, following a purchase of 500,000 ordinary shares on 15 February 2007, has a holding of 5,500,000 ordinary shares representing 3.24 per cent. of the Company’s issued share capital.
