ArgentVive plc AuctionAssist signs 3 year agreement with amazon

ArgentVive plc (LSE:ARGV) is today delighted to announce that
AuctionAssist - the multi channel market maker - has signed a 3 year agreement
with Amazon(LSE: AZZ) to join its "Merchant @" programme.

The Amazon "Merchant @" programme is by invitation only to select
retailers and AuctionAssist users now have the capacity to fully-exploit
Amazon to sell their goods to a potential customer base of over 70 million
active accounts worldwide.

"Merchant @" status provides additional functionality not available under
a standard listing, which maximises customer sales and includes an
Amazon-branded store front and the ability to sell a significantly wider range
of goods than standard retailers.

AuctionAssist, a wholly owned subsidiary of ArgentVive plc, has already
quickly established itself as one of eBay's largest sellers of electrical items
and is now seen as a key online merchant. Amazon has seen exceptional growth
in its sale of electrical items and this new deal will enable AuctionAssist to
increase sales with current relationships, as well as allowing the company to
become an Amazon sales facilitator, offering the service of a Merchant @ Amazon
shop to third parties who would not otherwise have the ability to sell on Amazon.
