ArgentVive plc ("ArgentVive" or "the Company") Exercise of Options

ArgentVive was notified yesterday that Mrs. Mary Clifford, the widow of
former Chief Executive Alan Clifford, has exercised options over 300,000
ordinary shares of 10p each, granted through the Company's Unapproved
Share Option Scheme.

Accordingly, application has been made for 300,000 new ordinary shares
to be admitted to trading. The new ordinary shares will rank pari passu with
the existing issued shares of the Company and dealings are expected to
commence on 31 October 2007.

Following this, the total number of voting rights in issue will be 26,700,000.
