Kevin Fleming appointed Financial Director and Company Secretary

Kevin Fleming FCA was appointed to the board on 3 July 2007. The planned handover of duties from Andrew Wells FCA to Kevin Fleming has now been completed and Kevin Fleming has been appointed Financial Director and Company Secretary.

Andrew Wells with other members of staff has notified the Company of a wish to purchase the Company's Petworth and Cobham shops. The Company views this approach positively and it is anticipated that the likely consideration will be approximately #75,000 for the two businesses plus stock at valuation. A further announcement will be made as soon as possible.

The involvement of Andrew Wells with the potential purchase of these Company shops will, if successful, render this a related party transaction for the purposes of AIM Rules. To avoid any possible conflict of interest, while he continues to provide accounting services to the Company, Andrew Wells will step down from the Board of the Company with immediate effect rather than, as previously announced, on the 31 December 2007.

The Board wish to express their appreciation of Andrew Wells' commitment and support over a number of years and to particularly thank him for his efforts during the period following the death of Alan Clifford and the Offer for the Company from Charles Denton.
