Proposed acquisition of AuctionAssist Limited

The Company is pleased to confirm that it has entered into heads of agreement and a period of exclusivity to acquire AuctionAssist Limited (“AA”) a company incorporated in November 2004 providing internet based multi-channel auction services.

AA generates revenue from sales commissions, using a similar model to that of both eBay and QXL, and offers sellers a number of advantages by outsourcing the entire ecommerce process including access to instant markets through all the major web-based retailers, such as eBay, Amazon, Google and Yahoo, as well as through dedicated AuctionAssist marketplaces to be introduced later this year.
