ArgentVive, the AIM quoted e-commerce group, was informed that David Mahony, Chairman on 6 May 2008 transferred 400,000 ordinary shares from his own name into his personal SIPP at a price of 40.5p per share for reason of tax planning.

This transaction does not represent any change in the ultimate beneficial interest of Mr Mahony's share holding and accordingly, he remains beneficially interested in 400,000 ordinary shares, representing 0.99 per cent. of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company."
