Expected completion of acquisition of AuctionAssist Limited ("AuctionAssist")

ArgentVive announces that at the Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held today, the resolution set out in the circular sent to shareholders on 20 September 2007 (the "Circular") was duly passed without amendment.

The proposed acquisition of AuctionAssist can now proceed and is expected to complete later today. The terms of the acquisition will be as set out in the Circular.

Accordingly, application will be made for 4,400,000 new ArgentVive ordinary shares, ranking pari passu with the existing ordinary shares, which are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM on 12 October 2007.

Upon Admission the number of shares in issue will be 26,400,000.

As a result of the issue of shares to Mr. Charles Denton he will hold 15,540,503 ordinary shares in the Company representing 58.87% of the Company's issued share capital.
